Oh man, ya working up to a first hunt, the oldest is five so sooner or later she will be out there tagging along. Right now she likes being close to dad (carried) more than hiking on her own though. Unless it is a challenging rocky hike! Those she likes to hike. What have you been doing for your results? Graduations on that success!-40 lbs since winter and I have no tags . Lol . Atleast I’m down 40 lbs I feel terrific and I’m close to my suggested BMI number . Was in the mid 30s about 26ish BMI today .

Low , and I mean low amounts of carbs . Walking/running everyday . Keeping calorie intake to 1500-2000 at most per day . When I snack it’s broccoli not candy bars .What have you been doing for your results? Graduations on that success!
