Hunters to get Benefit from WWP's Lawsuit Against BLM

I know of a magistrate that is sitting on the bench in Kootenai County that isn't even elected.
I know of 9 in Washington DC that could have the same thing said about them...

TenBeers, I would love to see the case you are referring to where the judge mis-applied the law, and there was no appeal. Thanks in advance for providing it.... hump

I like Kool-aid..... :)
Nemont,
I do know that Marvel gets "Counseled" to tone down the rhetoric at times. Lot's of people don't agree with his approach and demeanor, but no one can disagree with his results, to date.

I did some research. Now your turn to prove me wrong, remember the old "do your own research" statement. I gave you the county, you find the unelected magistrate, there is only one on the bench, and look at his "judgments".

TB- I'm not going to look for a case where a judge went against the written law and it wasn't appealed, if it "happens all the time" you should easily be able to find one measily example and show it to me. The burden of proof is on you not me. Otherwise just admit you're wrong, no big deal.

Again, I thank you in advance for your example.

MATT, the "burden of proof" is on you. If you make the accusation that I am incorrect, "the burden of proof" is on you to prove your accusation, not on I to support my point.

Burden of Proof Definition
burden of proof definition – in litigation, a party’s duty to prove a dispute assertion to succeed or move on in a legal proceeding

You're right ten beers- you don't have to prove your point at all. I don't have to prove mine either. You're wrong! My point has been made. You can't show where it has ever happened therefore I am right. Now prove I am wrong.

How about the Judge Broomfield decision in Montoya vs Arizona by USO. He interpreted an antiquated commerce clause to apply to states giving NR tags out at an equal level to resident. The commerce clause was written when game was not a commerce issue therefore the judge is effectively creating new law. AZ is not appealing due to lack of funds since the same judge made us pay for Taulman's legal fees out of our Game and fish budget. Now that is good for conservation.

Ringer- I didn't say interpretations of existing laws was great. In no way do I agree with all the interpretations or decisions handed down. However, it is still based on law and the interpretation of that law. It didn't go against an existing law. Nice try.

Ten Beers,
Are you seriously stupid enough to think that somebody is going to waste their time looking for the "judgement" that you think is wrong? Just how many "judgements" do you think this guy has made?

Nope, it looks like Matt caught ol' Ten Beers making up stories again, and other than the fact Ten has no credibility to lose....

EG, if you want to call a person a liar, you should probably have proof. Maybe you and MATTK could work on that. In any issue, or case, you are so diametrically opposed to any position that I take, for you to say I have no credibility makes no sense.

In Great Britain and many of its former colonies, “judgement” is still the correct spelling; but ever since Noah Webster decreed the first E superfluous, Americans have omitted it. Many of Webster’s crotchets have faded away (each year fewer people use the spelling “theater,” for instance); but even the producers of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, chose the traditional American spelling. If you write “judgement” you should also write “colour” and “tyre.”

As you see fit to attempt to correct my errors on line, I will post a correction for you here. :) :)
