Thanks for posting. Those are some great pictures.

How close did you get and what kind of camera and lens do you use?

I am no great photographer. Closest was probably 80 yards. Camera is a Canon Powershot SX40 HS. Just basically a point and shoot with a good zoom. Has a 35x optical zoom. I try to stay out of the digital zoom as the image quality seems to really drop. Basically use auto settings and focus. I could use some photography lessons for sure.
