Would the Rainbow Gathering be considered the rut?

Not sure if it's the rut, but they are rolling in and setting up camp less than thirty minutes from the house. I will say this is the most "wildlife" these woods have seen in many years.

From what I have heard they are having problems with a few bears. We get a lot of the relocation, problem bears from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
