I’d say upgrade your tent (I’m selling one on here, btw) and find a puffy you like (I’ll vouch for the BlackOvis and pretty much anything they have) and to take a different approach, I’d use whatever is leftover to get yourself into one more state for points/apps

Before you buy a Big Agnes Copper Spur take a good hard look at the REI branded tent of the same design.

My vote would be a tent. I'm a big fan of Seek Outside, have both the cimarron and Redcliff. The Cimarron is light and being able to run a stove in cool to cold weather is a game changer. If you shop around you can find a good used one for a reasonable price.
