How old was this Bull?

Everything I've found about aging deer and elk focuses on the lower jaw and incisors. Never the upper jaw. In my own experience, the upper jaw seems to wear faster than the lower jaw and can skew your age estimate higher. Do you have pictures of the lower jaw?

I don’t have the lower or upper jaw. The pack out was pretty serious so I skull capped him and left it. I also have no idea where the ivories are. I think I put them in my pack but I haven’t see them. I’m confident the bull was old. He was large.

I’m not trying to be that guy, lol. I am genuinely curious how old some guys might think the bull was. I have one spot I’m wondering if the ivories are there. It’s a long shot but I’ll check when I get home.

I was dead serious, sorry if it sounded otherwise...it's a great bull and SCLiving is a well documented hell of a hunter...completely understand his modesty.

Wow that’s awesome, I had no idea! I’m just in Belgrade so I see the shop all the time when I pass thru Manhattan. I’ve always wanted to come by and have something aged or look around the place! Maybe soon I actually will! Lol

This bull was aged as 11.5. I would say he came from a semi desert landscape.
