I'm now going the wrong way now. Up to 175. Been in the gym about every day and doing some other stuff, hiking, running, biking, carrying kids all over the place. I'm in about in the best shape I get and I'm 38 in a couple weeks. Ran the first half of that Bridger ridge run with a pal who is training for it 2 weeks ago. No problem, not sore the next day, could have ran the whole thing. If I'm in the mood for some hunting in a month, I won't have to worry about sucking any wind. Schmalts, no buffalos for me, those are some nasty skanks out there. I need some hunting therapy this fall and plan to get it.

Not as good here as I'd hoped. I haven't even seen the scale as work has kept me from home Mon thru Fri for the last six weeks. 'Course I'm in pretty good shape to whoop up on some wacko non-for-profits!
GH- Sorry to hear the news. Though I've never went through it myself, I did go through my parents. Keep them kids at the forefront as I feel it's harder on them than the adults.
