Hi Everyone,
I'm a Waterfowl hunter from MN. I was told my first trip to the blind was when I was 3. I don't remember it but something must have stuck cause I have been doing it for the past 27 years and the night before duck opener is like the night before Christmas! What I'm really interested in is the legislation that affects hunting, fishing, and public land. ( 95% of my hunting is on public waters/WMA/WPA the other 5% is friends and family land). What I'm really hoping to find is legislation xyz states "blah blah blah". That way I can reference specific things and stick the facts. I have a pretty good feeling I can find that information here.
