Heym/Herters Mauser in 270 win/Timney Trigger

For the person that likes walnut and blued steel:

Herter's sub-brand, Saint Hubert Mauser in 270 Winchester.

I believe manufactured by Heym.

*Timney trigger with two-position safety*

24" barrel, no sights.

Steel, hinged bottom metal

LOP = 13", over aftermarket recoil pad.

Stock is walnut. Straight and tight grained.

Looks to have been fired very little.

Many small dings and handling marks that don't show well in the pics.

Overall, a very nice rifle!

Hunt it as-is, or send it to JES for a Whelen or 9.3x62 and go thump the big critters.
