I swear by breathable waders. The Scheels brand ones are good quality and I've wanted to look at the frogg toggs ones! I've had neoprene ones until this year.

Switched last year and will never go back to neoprene
I have the frogg togg grand Chesapeake's and like them so far.
Carry some flex tape in case you puncture a hole
