HELP!!! Plumbing Issue, Main Water Supply Line

If you can get power to the bridge I would suggest wrapping your water line with heat cable, coating that with insulation, and sliding that into a larger (3-4") pvc pipe. The cable won't draw power unless it gets cold and won't burn out like heat tape. I have had it for 20 plus years in many locations in -20 environments. If it's not that cold, you may wish to wrap it with insulation and place it in the pvc pipe. Start and end the surface exposure in a box with a valve so if problems occur they can be taken care of without digging.

In my country January digging should be avoided at all costs.

i do couple thousand water line installs i use 1.5" pvc. out to 900ft, farther then that 2in, to get under the 900ft , last 10 to 50 ft can 1in poly,,,, all 8ft bury depth
