You always have a place to stay here. Plenty of room in the Double Wide for you. And I still have your daughter's birth present.... You gotta pick that up, if I can find it.

Sounds good guys...hope this thing pulls through.

So I just got settled into my room. Leaving for Delta Junction in 6 hours. It took me 38 hours to get here from Oklahoma City. Original connecting flight was in Chicago, but 30 minutes out from landing there we are informed Chicago has tornado warnings and 70+ mph winds. Long story short, we divert to Champaign, IL and after many hours of standing by to redepart for Chicago, they finally call the flight cancelled. Only great thing thus far is the 3 hot german chicks who sat beside me on the flight. After the airline issues us our hotel vouchers and I get settled in...I make a b-line for the pool. 15 minutes later my three little European ladies show up in smoking swimsuits. I bit myself on the arm a few times to find out if I was dreaming or not...I wasn't, but I also noticed the ring still on my finger. Oh well.

So the following morning I am rerouted to Dallas then to Seattle and Fairbanks as opposed to going through Chicago. I'm happier all is behind me now, but tired as chit. Hitting the sack now and busting out of here in the a.m.

OH...brought the digital video camera with me this year as well as the still camera. I had 2 batteries for the vid-cam. Dad has the same camera and loans me his two. I charge all four up. I leave 3 of them at home in Oklahoma City...I'm sooo pissed. Hopefully I can pull some good video off with only a single 90 minute charged battery.
