HB283 sponsered by Dan Fuchs is still alive in the Montana house of reps. This bill will classify the gray wolf as a preditor species if the wolf is not taken off the endangered species list by January 2004.
This is a good move to out flank the wolf wackos who certainly will be sueing to block delisting. Has a very good chance of passing and being upheld from what I understand.
