Had a run in with two anti hunters on my land....

So I shot them both. There are a few more in the tree line causing a ruckus and scaring the deer off.

Yep back when the place was a full time live on Ranch our dogs got messed up a few times. They eventually just left the hogs alone.

Just shot one in camp after a sounder came in while I was inside cooking. Came outside and my dogs were going after them. These city dogs. My wife would kill me if anything happened to the little one.

It amazes me how our wives create big babies out of our "manly" dogs! haha I'm assuming she made you put the jackets on them, please tell me she did so I can still respect you as a man! LOL (JK of course )

Actually I bought the jackets and put them on them. Lol
That black dog was a stray that was dumped out here years ago and he’s been mine buddy ever since. He has kidney failure and so he doesn’t have an ounce of fat on his body and is super skinny now. He gets so cold his teeth chatter. He was a killer back in his day though.
the other two are my wives and I love them too. They all come hunting with me since my wife works during the week.

I did manage to shoot a average sized hill country doe from camp this morning as I cooked a mountain house.
I’ve been experimenting with some “reduced recoil” loads in my 243 for my wife to use. The 87gr SST killed both hogs and the doe pretty well. Two dropped in their tracks and one went about ten yards.
