You are aware of the way our Framers intended the legislative process to work. I suppose you are also aware of the unified call from the socialist left to bypass Congress on a number of issues, and I have no doubt you are fully aware of the balance of Congress and the Georgia runoff consequences. you are also probably fully aware our framers did not intend for the nation to go to sleep on "election day" seeing a president hundreds of thousands of votes ahead of his challenger, only to awake to see that the critical swing states all stopped reporting at the same time, blocked Republican poll watchers, found hundreds of thousands of votes, almost exclusively for the challenger. I personally smell no bs. Biden did have historic rally's, massive boat parades, gave extraordinary speeches, lowered taxes, pulled our troops out of the ME, was nominated for 4 nobel peace prizes, etc. I'm sure that is why he received more votes than hillary or obama and more than the sitting president who received the most votes of any sitting president ever.
