Recently purchased a gun same and installed it in my garage. This is the first safe I have ever had and am wondering about what dehumidifier I should get for it? I'm thinking with the changing temps and humidity issues it would be a good idea to protect my guns.

Which one would you suggest?

I would definatly invest in a dehumidifier, especially if safe is installed ina garage. I personally bought a remington mini dehumidifier from cabelas for $24.99 and I really like it, it has a window in the front with color changing beads that tell you when it is time to recharge the unit. It only takes about 12 hours plugged into the wal to get completly recharged. Been using mine for about a year now and would definitely recomend it.

My safe is also in the garage, it's a monster and would go right through the floor inside.
I have one of those "golden rod" type heaters and for 12 years now living in humid country i never had any rust problems. Keep em well oiled still, i take em all out once a year and wipe them all down again.
Main thing is to keep the temp fluctuation at a minimum and the inside a little warmer than the ambient and the moisture will stay out. I also have a couple of those big dessicant bags in there as well that you can bake in the oven to dry out.
