Feds place grizzly bears back on endangered list in Greater Yellowstone region

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced Tuesday that it has reinstated grizzly bears on the list of endangered and threatened wildlife in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. The move comes just over two years after the agency said the grizzly bear population had improved enough to warrant delist

Here's a link to the September 24, 2018 order that required USFW to re-list them. It's got the consolidation numbers in the case caption, so you can look up the other plaintiffs on PACER if you want. All those cases were consolidated into this one, in which the Crow Indian Tribe was the plaintiff.

It truly is a shame what a circus wildlife management has become. Just imagine if the scientist we pay were able to do their jobs and all the funds wasted on frivolous lawsuits were actually used to improve wildlife habitat......

Conservationists don't sue....the enviromentalists do. Apparently the news source doesn't know the difference
