Great Podcast!

I watched the first little bit where they talked about water coming from Canada through Montana Washington and Oregon headed for Southern California being diverted for a fish.

If two people are going to sit there and spout total BS from a position of complete ignorance, I can't imagine being interested in what they think is or isn't "common sense."

They should have added Idaho in that sentence, I know for a fact several reservoirs are turned up and let out more water for salmon…. My buddy works for Idaho power. I think you should check your facts. Your post was totally unnecessary,
Matt

Check your facts. When has any water ever been diverted from Canada, Montana, Washington, Idaho or Oregon to California? Show me the canal or pipeline.

Even within California the water was not diverted to help the fish. It is allowed to flow naturally to help the fish rather than being diverted to the southern part of the state

Anyway that’s not the part of the podcast that I was referring too, that totals maybe 10 min of the podcast, and it’s more impacted toward the endangered species act as a weapon for politicians.

To me, if you are going to talk about something on a podcast it is only common sense that you would educate yourself at least a little bit on the subject. These two guys don't even seem to have that minimal amount of common sense so why would anyone listen to them talk about common sense?

It has been my experience that when people site "common sense" it is usually because the facts don't support their position on whatever subject they are talking about.

YouTube should have a feature where you can pull your view, because I'd like to ask for mine back.

How can anything in the podcast have a shred of credibility when the claim is "water from Canada" and "water being diverted into the ocean". JFC water, from California, naturally flows into the oceans, it gets diverted to places like LA.....but much of that water that is diverted to LA isn't from the San Joaquin Valley and has zero impact on smelt.

Oh it’s Brian Call? Ya, hard pass…

Gritty has zero credibility on anything. He’s been caught with his hand in the cookie jar a few too many times, and is no more than a talking head for whatever company sponsors him.

No thanks.
Agree I hardly ever watch any of there content except the Mule Deer stuff, first podcast I have ever heard 😂, I fast forward most of that water talk 😂
