Got my pole

Im heading out this coming weekend for Summer run Steelhead and Kings in the rivers.
I got a Trophy Tamer XL rod 8.5 ft with medium-heavy action.The reel is a Abu Garcia Cardinal model AG4F.My brother said that this should do me ok for a while.Damn this fishin stuff is about as expensive as hunting not sure if I like that.Start to cut into my hunting funds.

I believe we are heading for the Skykomish,but I could be wrong.My brother said the real fun will begin when we head down to the Sammish River.He lost a couple Kings yesterday that were around 25lbs he said.

Hey Russ we are heading up to the Wallace river I geuss for Kings and the summer Steelheads.Should be fun.Hopefully you can make it out after huntin season for some winter Steelhead.
AHHH Elkhunter if ya make it up here one day we'll have to go find ya some Salmon up here.
