Hi, first time on forum,did my first DIY elk hunt in sept.bow,I got a bad fever! All I do now is think about elk and those beautiful Aspens! Can't wait to get back to CO, God willing sept. 2017. Did not kill an elk but had a successful hunt,didn't need to kill ,so beautiful!im a rookie to say the least when it comes to elk hunting,but i think the learning is one of the best parts of the hunt. I have been scouring the forums for info daily,thanks for all the good post!
