I would love to see 2x or 3x that much for migration corridors, but I'm glad that the DOI proclamation has been followed up with at least some funding for the execution.

With regard to buffalo, what would happen if, as @Ben Lamb has warned, MT reclassifies them as livestock. Who's designation would trump?
