Another morning for the books! Doubled up about 80 yards from where we got them last spring. Tying fishing knots is starting to suck, but my eyes like shots at 8 yards. Done at 6;59, so we had time to stop for breakfast on the way home.

Wife and I spotted some birds late this morning in one of our fields. they had been absent from our property the last few days and with our season halfway over we did a hail Mary intercept mission and it worked!

It is split into 5, week long seasons, one after the other. The first season opened on Wednesday and would close on Tuesday before the next tag season starts on Wednesday

The farm I’ve been trapping on hasn’t had its ag touched yet.

The weeds were getting tall (I think it’s called Henbit).

Well I took the brush hog to where I killed my bird last year and the area I always saw birds messing around.
