Glock Torture test.......

I've been following this test for a few years on AR15.com. That 21 has been thru the ringer and it keeps on going bang. He goes by Bigbore on most boards and he is a top notch gunsmith. He owns Adco firearms. I think I read on there he carries a 1911.

Mine have always held up to what ever crap I put them through. I still try and convince anyone that bowhunts to pack a glock on their side.

I've been carrying a G 21 for the last 8 years. I have run thousands of rounds through it (It's not hard to do when you don't have to buy the ammo). I am a certified Glock armorer and after my last recert. I decided it may be time to replace all the springs. I did as a precaution but don't notice any difference and there was no real uncompressed length differences between the old springs and the new springs. When it comes down to it I have no doubt that it will do what it is supposed to do when I need it to. It is also the easiest to work on and simplest designed semi auto ever.

Interesting. I carry one a lot (G23) and have broken a couple springs in it with just normal shooting. They aren't much to look at, but do seem to function well.

I know there have been issues with some of the .40 cal guns. I got to see one pop the rails one day. The .45 just seems to be the perfect fit for the frame and action. I own a G30 that I pack when I go hiking sometimes and although it probably has less than 10,000 rounds through it its never had an issue either.

I have a 17 that has been flawless in performance. Like said above, not much to look at, but it always works.

My 19 always goes bang. I finally cleaned it last night after a few years and several thousand rounds.
