About 2002 I got a Mod 70 Featherweight but wood and blued, don't much care for SS. It's a 6.5x55 and I was thinking maybe someday it would be the grand daughter's hunting rifle. Now she 21 yr old and doesn't care for hunting but does shoot some with her dad now and then. He's addicted to AR's and she likes to see how fast she can pull the trigger. Bummer but I like the 6.5x55 so it is now mine!
