Custom built 22-250 (old time gunsmith Thompson Firearms Service now deceased) on a 1968 Model 70 action. Started life as a bull barrel/wood stocked 22-250 varmint gun. Has a fluted 24" Shilen #3 contour barrel. 13-1/2" LOP - McMillan stock that was in-letted, painted, and done as a custom drop-in by McMillan. All metal has been ceramic coated by CeraKote. Gun has only had 80 rounds through it. Shoots like a champ and is extremely accurate. Rifle weighs in at about 7.4 lbs. This rifle is in excellent condition and has been used so little that it looks new. Have about $2000 invested but will let it go for $1200 + $50 shipping. Included are blued Talley one-piece bases/rings. This is a great portable prairie dog and coyote gun - weighs far less than conventional varmint guns.
