Kid is 15yo , 6', 200lbs and has zero archery experience. He's kinda lanky, but has good core strength.

Between those two, I'd say PSE due to lower draw weight.

Both bows are fast. The Bear is putting a 415 grain arrow down range at 300 fps, the PSE does it at 290. Shot them both through my chronograph a couple weeks ago. IBO is around 350 fps for each.

I've had the Bear since it was new and have hunted it quite a bit. I got the PSE at an auction a couple years ago and have mostly just played around with it in the backyard.
