I'm talking about how everyone should be in awe of 100,000 acre
I'm talking about how everyone should be in awe of 100,000 acre
so chime inI've been hoping someone would chime in on that my goodness!
I get my choice of 32.4 million acres of mountains trees and water every year.
No money required.
So we should all run to Texas to hunt 4,500 or 100,000 for that matter. So does every citizen of these United States.
You might want to do a little research, about that last statement.

Ignore my point all you want. I have literally spelled it out for you.
How by not arguing semantics about funding with you? I considered it to be a level playing field because he also pays for the land I speek of.WHAT? Who said you should go to Texas?
You haven't '' Spelled out'' anything. You have however shown your knowledge or lack there of regarding Federally owned lands.
''No money required''. doesn't equal semantics.
I think we all knew I was talking about paying a private land owner with cash or azz kizz. Sorry if I lost you.
I agree. It's not always an azz kiss that get's you on private land. Sometimes it's simply a matter of being a respectful and kind human being.
I'm as DIY as anybody one here, and hunt public land the great majority of the time. I see no honor though, in passing up opportunities to hunt private land if and when they present themselves.
YMMV.

My comments were to say that 100,000 acre is nothing compared to what's available to everyone in most western states without a fee*
I didn't even want to make a big deal out of my little comment.
*other than taxes
I'll take his word for it.You obviously haven't been to far West Texas. It is VERY sparsely populated and the land is probably cheaper than about anywhere else in America. Pretty much a vast empty desert. It probably takes 100,000 acres to run even a small cattle operation. Aoudad are about the only creatures that seem to thrive out there.
