For almost the past month I have been hitting the mountains down the road preparing myself for this year's sheep, goat, and bear hunt in Alaska. However, everytime I am out I get this scratchy throat, runny nose, and irritation. I want to say it is from the sage brush and dust in the area. If so, is this why I see all these "cowboys" strutting around with these fancy hankies tied around their neck? To wipe the sweat from their brow and cover their nose and mouth from this potent air?
