Brownell's Spring Reloading Sale

Football General Talk

Today the sycophants will play the race/collusion card.

Daddy will play the god card for relief from embarrassment.

The memers will have a field day. And rightly so.
I saw where Stephen A is already saying the owners are colluding just like they did with Kap.

I think teams believe that he’s not good enough to justify the side show that comes along with him.

Anyone know how much he was making in NIL money versus the salary scale for a 4th or 5th round pick?

Is he going to accept being a back up or having to prove himself might be part of the issue.

Maybe he'll go to the CFL...

It's too bad Bill Tobin isn't alive to see this...

Looks like the Browns finally pulled the trigger.
I think he’s gotten a big slice of humble pie, whether he deserved it or not. Hopefully he can turn this into a positive and learn from it. I’d like to see him succeed. I think Cleveland is a great spot for him to sit for a bit and learn and eventually take over.

So who's happy with their teams draft? Not particularly happy with the Vikings but thats not unusual. Other than Gabriel I like the Browns draft esp. considering what they got out of added high picks next year when the QB class is stronger. Bears did a nice job giving Williams more help. Lions and Dolphins helped their interior on both sides. Eagles and Raiders did the best IMO. Not a bad day for Brady. He must have a soft spot for small school western QB's though....:)

So who's happy with their teams draft?

As a Packer fan, thrilled. Picks were fine, but more so proud that a small town was able to pull that off. It was 10-years in the making, and the draft transformed the entire area around Lambeau.

Sounds like in-person numbers were really strong and the TV ratings were through the roof. I had my doubts, but sounds (and looked) like they nailed it.
