I more or less hope McCarthy stays in Dallas and builds his legacy there, to completion.

While, I'm not a Bears fan, they deserve a better coach than McCarthy. The fact they want to interview him, proves they are still da bears.

Mike might not want to go back if there are other options.
I’d stay in Dallas if my choices Bears or cowboys.

i despise the bears and think they deserve better than they have had in recent memory. Such a storied franchise that the whole league is better when the bears are. I’m not sure what McCarthy can do to build his legacy at this point?

The real Dallas head coach can't be fired...
This is the number one problem in Dallas. Chicago has a decent GM IMO. Drafts have been decent. I think there's a lot more potential there, this year they showed their QB--who does have real potential-- needs more seasoning and more help and they need to improve the roster even more.

They were better than their record IMO. NFC North is brutal--if they played in most any other they;d have more wins.

I just hope the bears don't get Flores or McCown. Flores in particular is worthy and could run the D--question is can he attract an OC that is good or not. I think McCown has real potential for anyone looking for a young up and comer.

Anyone betting against the Patriots picking anyone other than Vrabel? They ought to look at Flores IMO.

I think the Jets got pressured into interviewing Ryan...by Ryan--too far removed and too old to get the job.

But both he and Pete Carroll--who the Bears have interest in I have heard--can be good head coaches if they pick the right coordinators.
