Any lions fans here? Seems more Minnesota over Michigan Hunt Talk members.

I like Darnold as a "fair-good" QB though pressure on Darnold tends to throw him off a bit.

Not a Lions fan, but rooting for then lately. I really like Dan Campbell. Makes for interesting football.

Cowboys are out, so I need to root for something. Haha.

Exciting game so far.

And here I was going to say that this game featured the two best candidates for Coach of the Year, and the two best candidates for MVP of the Year (if restricted to QBs). Of course, none of them have a shred of a chance of winning such an award, but so it goes.

Not my point. I think vrabel would be a great hire for Cinci since they have an established elite qb that can take care of himself.

My point Vrabel in New England can improve the defense to take pressure off the young quarterback and the offense. The kid has wet his feet and shown good instincts. They bring in some better receivers the offense will mature on its own.

He’s 9/20 vs a threadbare defense…he can figure it out another day.

The last fail was a credit to strong defense - not necessarily on Darnold. The first three stops inside the 10 were on Darnold overthrowing open receivers (and decent defense).
