Fishing with my boys

I took my boys (5 & 3 years old) down to a local reservoir on Saturday and had a heck of a time. They talked about going all week long before we left, and after we got home they wouldn't stop asking when we'd be going again. Each boy caught at least one fish on their own (the keepers you see in the picture), and both got to reel in most of my catches. Certainly makes the sunburns worth the trip.

As Ashersdad said, cherish those moments as they go by all to fast! That reservoir looks familiar. Does it happen to be Chesterfield Reservoir? I had a moose tag for Unit 71-2 back in 1998 and spent some downtime at the reservoir.

That is pretty neat. When I was down there I remember if those reservoirs ever got good water 2-3 years in a row they would grow some monster fish.
