Fish, Fowl, Fur

Fish : king salmon ( for fun ) walleye to eat
ungulate : BIG mule deer. Elk close second
bird : wild pheasants. Those days ended here in PA in the early 80’s
non - ungulate : bear 🐻
 
Fish: trout of any spot or stripe, but if I had to pick it would be brown
Bird: pheasant…that raucous squawk always makes me smile
Ungulate: tough one…Dall sheep
Non-ungulate: mountain lion

OK, here we go again. If you could only fish/hunt for one single species of each of the following in North America what would it be? One fish, one bird, one ungulate and one non-ungulate mammal.

My list:

Fish - lake trout in the Northwest Territories (smallmouth bass if stuck in US)
Bird - pheasants
Ungualte - Elk 'cuz - tasty (antelope a close second just 'cuz - fun)
Non-ungulate mammal - black bear (coyote close second with squirrels distant third)
Coyotes over squirrels?
 
Crappies, been a few years since i wet a line
Turkeys, favorite thing to hunt around home
Mule deer, just something about them
Rabbits, some of my best hunting memories were chasing them around the neighborhood with my buddies, as a kid
