Looks like a great trip! Highly recommend a gulf coast overnight trip. We have gone out of Port Fouchon (S of New Orleans) a few times and been absolutely swamped with big tuna and red snapper. Might be a little hard to get them home to Montana but its a blast.

Fishing the ocean can be addictive especially if you find a good charter. My freezer is packed due to a recent trip to Alaska, not sure where I’m going to put a deer or elk this fall
