First Bull, South Dakota Black Hills

Excellent bull. Excellent story telling. Thanks for sharing...

The classic trailer looks like a great option for a base camp. I wish I had one. 🤔👍

It does the job. Not the fanciest but great for hunting. I got it before covid. That stick built s.o.b. Only cost $2k, been using it for six years plus now!

I told you!!!!! I knew it!!! That’s a GREAT bull dude! BIG congrats man!! If I saw that on day two I would not have hesitated. Being that the truck pulled right to him, I would have caped him though. He’d make a beautiful shoulder mount for your first bull elk.
Never shoulda doubted it!

And thank you, decided against the shoulder mount, 8' ceilings being the main issue along with moving it. I like euro and it's always possible to mount him up later with another cape if needed.

Got a call from gfp, no chronic wasting found in my bull. Wasn't really worried but it's always in the back of your mind when you know it's been found in the area already.

Teeth aging hasn't gotten back to me yet, so not sure the bulls age yet.
