Fine tuning.

It’s not the load, it’s good. Your breathing and you rear rest are moving. It may just be your crosshairs are too thick to distinguish the movement but it is definitely moving with your breathing.
I’m not sure you can tell that from internet groups.
 
Curious, how much room do you have in the case with that much IMR4350? In the past I had troubles getting a group with 30-06 and 168 gr TTSX. That was before I learned Barnes recommends 0.050 clearance to rifle lands. Typically, I set clearance at around 0.010. 55.5 gr IMR4350 really fills the 30-06 case when loading 165 gr Hornady InterLok. I'm concerned pushing a longer bullet further into the case will compress the powder. Anyone with experience compressing 4350? Should I try switching to another powder?
Feel free to compress stick powders. No worries. DON’T TRY TO COMPRESS BALL POWDERS.
