I burn lots of those powders. Though the regular version of h4831

I was getting magic with RL-26 before the supply dried up.

I use a lot of 2000-MR for maximum 5.56 loads. Alas, I'm out of that too.

I usually run the heaviest bullet for caliber that my twist will let me get away with. I lean toward powders often considered too slow for a lot of cartridges.

I have a Rem 742 in .30-06 that will ONLY digest 56.0 grains H4350 over a 180 grain bullet, small base resized. Anything else and it will either fail to cycle or rip off the case rim. Thankfully I have a bunch hoarded up.

To give a more detailed answer to the OP's question.
250 Savage with 75gr Sierra HP i'm using Alliant Varmint.
With heavier bullets up to 115gr Berger VLD i've tried RL15,RL17, H414, and have been playing with Alliant PP2000MR.

Light bullets in the 223 Rem i'm using Varmint & Win 748.
Heavier 69 & 70gr bullets get PP2000MR.

In the 257 Roberts loaded to +P, i've used H414, RL17, RL15, IMR4895 for 75-90 gr bullets.
100-115gr i'm running Hybrid 100V.
120gr get RL26, IMR 4831.

280 Rem PP4000MR.

WELL, you get the picture... lol

I lean towards RL-16, 17, 19, 25, for what I am currently loading for right now. Just stuffed 100 257 Bob cases with IMR4350 and Hornady 117 BTSP to fire form to AI. Don't know what it will like in the new iteration. Kind of fun to insert a plain Jane 257 Roberts case into your rifle, pull the trigger and eject a brand new cartridge

My .338 Win Mag only loves Reloader 22 for both 200 and 250 grain bullets. The .338 does not like IMR 4350, but, my 270 and 30-06 do.

I use a lot of Norma MRP, RL23, and RL17,And RL26 the most. But in my 32Special I use LeverEvolution, And PP300MP in my 30

Carbine and my 44 Mag. In my 7mm-08 I use RL17, Big Game PP2000MR, W760, and hunter.

For hunting I shoot both a 270 & 300 WM, #1 powder would be IMR 4831 if I had to pick one, second would be H4831, H & IMR 4350 would be next. The 300 also likes IMR 7828, while the 270 also likes RL19.
