Officers find $250,000 worth of meth at Eagle, Idaho home

12:54 PM MDT on Wednesday, April 28, 2004

EAGLE -- Two people are in custody after local drug officers recovered a quarter-million worth of methamphetamine at a home in Eagle Tuesday night.

Officers with the BANDIT Task Force seized meth, cash and stolen cars from a residence at 520 Edgewood Drive.

The bust is part of a three-month investigation by BANDIT, with assistance from the Ada County Metro Narcotics Unit.

The BANDIT Task Force includes officers from Boise, Meridian and Garden City Police Departments.

Two men were arrested as they returned home last night.

39-year-old Eric D. Davis was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

29-year-old Shey M. Schoger was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine.

After serving a search warrant at the home, officers found five pounds of crystal methamphetamine(valued at $250,000), a quarter-pound of marijuana(valued at $500),$18,000 in U.S. currency and $50,000 worth of property that may be stolen or purchased with profits from drug sales.

There were five vehicles, two four-wheel motorcycles, electronic equipment and tools.

The investigation is continuing to determine what property is stolen.

There were five vehicles,....
So, using your own analogy, you don't own any vehicles, or you make and deliver meth????

Come one gunner uses his evil cows to deliver his meth while he herds them on his four wheeler...
He's a fat ass just like the rest, but won't admitt it...

Ten Beers,

That is ridiculous for you to accuse all people who own vehicles as selling drugs. They'll teach you how to develop theories when you get to 4th grade. So just hang in there, and see if you can get thru Summer School.

Bambistew,
Did you take Chemistry and Biology? There is lots of "meth" around cows, but it is METHane... a much different Compound...

Damn they better start riding horses and making there Meth where ATVs aren't allowed! Then they will start making the money they deserve.

WapSlap,
That doesn't make any sense. These Fat-Assed ATV riders will soon be making License Plates. And ironically, they won't be making license plates for ATVs, as Idaho doesn't require them.

EG, tell us how making meth and having 2 ATV's makes them any worse then just those who make meth, or only own vehicles and make meth? Also, by your response, I am to understand you do own a vehicle or 2, and the meth people had 5 vehicles, therefore........
How long do you plan to cotinue your criminal ways
:D Until the completion of your evil empire no doubt.

Ten Beers,

It is easy, by these two making meth and being Fat-Assed ATV riders, it means not only are they trafficking in drugs, but they are destroying habitat.

A bust like that shouldn't drive the price of your (or EG's) hayfree weed up to much.
:D :D :D ;) Do you want to support the outlawing of backpacks (I see at that site that backpacks are popular for smugglig) as well, or would you support backpacks being regulated to travel only on roads accessable by passenger vehicles? ;)

You might have swerved into something here , put the 'Fat Ass ATV'ers' on the Jenny Crank Diet , maybe they will lose weight AND get off and walk !

"Backpacking is a popular method of bringing drugs into the United States." !!!!!

its from the link with 500 lbs on some ATVs
We kind of watch out for backpacker's down here, they might be drug smugglers with guns. Regular illegal people crossing the border looking for work are usually carrying a water jug or grocery bag with some food or clothes, that's it. Beware of the backpackers! haha
