"Coquito" is a traditional drink of daughter-in-law family. I had it for the 1st time last night. It will knock your socks off if you enjoy a bit to much.
 
For those who know how great (and costly) Enstrom’s almond toffee is, I make a great verson my people love to eat around christmas time and say compares well to the stabdard bearer (Enstroms).

Tonight will be moose backstrap roast (sous vide) and then carmelized on scorching hot skillet served with a blueberry balsalmic reduction.

I think threads like this should require recipes along with brag photos. That toffee sounds amazing.
