I think these special tags are a curse period .
Seems we all cant wait to get cursed a time or two.
I have been blessed with several tags !!
Im glad you saved your tag ...could you go through the waiting period again ???

Yup. I just cashed out all my investments, and cleared out my accounts, and I'm going to blow it today on hookers and booze in vegas.

Might not be alive tomorrow, so why not.

Joe, I was curious what ODFW did in these circumstances. Specifically with the Wenaha fire. I'm wondering how many did turn in their tags? I wonder if they will report that? You may end up having the unit to yourself. Seriously, best of luck.

I had an Ochoco bull only tag last year and had done a lot of scouting near one of the fires. in fact, at one point I was convinced I had lost at least one camera to the fire. I lucked out and it was ok. Couldn't get the cam until opening morning though. It sat for a month or so, and had a ton of pics of beef cows.

I hope your hunt is awesome. I should be able to hunt that unit in like, 30 years or so.
