Elk Habitat Question

I saw someone post on a thread here a while back about an elk unit in Wyoming. They mentioned (just throwing out numbers), that in that units 2000 square miles, only 750 square miles were deemed usable habitat in that unit.

Anybody know where I can find that data. I have looked at a few of Wyomings Job Commission Reports and haven't seen it.
