I know a lady who got caught poaching (shooting) a moose. She was originally from CA. She had her elk tag on it because she actually thought it was an elk. I guess using Ten Beers argument she should have been able to get away with it.

Matt I don't know if an elk tag would be good for a moose, but a deer tag would. Deer tag should cover about everything except bears and cats, right?

Isn't this why some states (like Alaska I believe) allow you to use the general tag of the highest cost to tag any animals of a lesser tag cost? ...after all, they are all related right??

How about bud lite and coors lite are both beers but coors lite sucks. Same Family: Alcoholic Beverages, Same Genus: Beer, Same General ingrediants: Barley, Hops and water but so very different at the time of consumption. Now why don't we discuss the merits of beer.
