Asking in a forum that is ALMOST entirely specific to public land hunters will get you answers based on the laws of said public lands. Just trying to help keep a fellow hunter out of legal trouble. No mention was made of private land in the original post or the follow-up post that implied "it's only illegal if you get caught".

I will say you must have some great private land to hunt if you need paniers on an electric pack horse to get you into your spot!!!

If I were you I'd build my own since you have some specific requirements.

I'd also recommend following the law. That said, I'd prefer to see(hear) people on ebikes rather than ATVs. I've thought about getting one to ride to work since they only have to follow the laws of regular bicycles.
