I just took delivery on an RFM, very happy with it, but it took a year. Went through the fitting process 04-07-24, the gun arrived 04-14-25. I’ve had quite a few side by sides over the years but this is the first I’ve owned that was cast for a left handed shooter. I may or not hunt chukars with it but had it built with sling swivels just in case I need to carry a dog out of Hells canyon again. Took it out in the pasture with my portable clay thrower and put 100 rounds through it. Hit almost all of them after missing the first two. the gun patterned roughly 60/40 high and the barrels were well regulated. Contemplating a Venus in 28.
Molly locked up on a big Tom Friday while on a trail “jog”. She’ll be 14 come chukar season hope she’ll have a couple of hunts left in her.

That would be a sexy little gun.

I patterned the barrels at 15, 25 and 40 yards. I’ll hunt with it for a while before I make any decisions on chokes. The IC barrel patterned great at 15/25 and decently at 40. The Full was fantastic at 40.
