I hunt Southwest Louisiana with a bunch of Cajuns for way too much of the fall/winter duck seasons for the last 14 years (and hopefully for 14 more),,, the friends and food is why I like it,, duck killing is good to,, but not more important than the first two,, three of the members run restaurants and most of the others are fine cooks as well,,, have had many an impressive meal there,,,

At one end of the spectrum there's this and at the other end is my McDonalds we end up with half the time haha

Best duck i ever had. Marinated for about a week, wrapped in bacon and grilled. Would never know it was duck, thankfully. Lol.
