ok, here’s the situation. I was attempting to check the actual draw weight on my bow with a digital fishing scale. I know, just take it to a shop. Pulled back, got a reading, let down no issue. Wanted to get one more pull to double check my numbers. Got to full draw, moved my head to see the read out and the scale pulled through my fingers and launched across my bedroom.
Visually, everything looks fine with the bow, and I will be taking it to a pro shop to get checked before using it again, but since it launched the scale that easily weighs more than an arrow, does this count as a dry fire?
