My 11-yr old just killed his first mule deer and Wyoming deer today. It's an early birthday present for him...he turns 12 tomorrow. He insisted on gutting it himself with no rubber gloves then spent the whole ride home hanging his hands out the window hoping the people he passed would notice his success. Love that boy!!

We were on the grind for 6 days only seeing 15 or so deer total until we found one of the ones we were looking for. My dads biggest buck to date, thanks to Mike Wood for the spot and the motivation!

Broke the 7yr whitetail curse. Came out working scrapes 100yds out 1 grunt from me and he turned snort wheezed at me and marched in to 15yds. Made 6 scrapes on his way in. Trail cam picture was just before the shot you can see me at full draw in the top middle of the frame.

Gallatin County 2023. I didn’t shoot this buck but I was lucky enough to hunt him and I missed him with my bow. I brought my buddy in and he gave me permission to share the photo. A true unicorn. Mountain deer hit a bit different.
