Here is a fact sheeting detailing this proposed conservation effort in the Prairie Pot Hole region. Mostly in the Dakotas and extreme Eastern Montana. Curious if anyone has opinions? for or against such a plan.

Do conservation easements sell for the quoted rate? 1/3 to 1/2 the full market value of the property? Seems high.
