CWD keeps creeping closer to feedgrounds

The new confirmed CWD cases in deer hunt areas 36 and 84 brings the disease’s leading edge closer to Jackson Hole’s fed elk herds and fill in previously CWD-free hunt areas on the map.

Bullsh*t about that bloody PR "study" that CWD would not be catastrophic to the elk on feedgrounds. "A recent study concluded that CWD would not catastrophically collapse fed, concentrated elk populations, but would drastically reduce opportunities for hunters."

Dr. Tom Roffe (retired USFWS) warned about this years ago. This infuriates me. It could have been prevented.
