Hmm. Just said 1/3 of my county is without power. Sounds like the rain has mostly stopped.

I didn't hear a thing after I went to bed around 9 here at the cabin. Just checked outside and looks like just a little rain over night.

Here in north central Madre Tejas there's a thin layer of west TX real estate on everything...need a rinse cycle.

News says we had up to 6 tornadoes. Waiting for daylight for assessments.

Nit too terrible here that I can see. Lost a grill other than that no damage found so far. We still have power so all good. They are calling for 1 to 3" of snow tonight now. Wtf we just had a record high yesterday.

Weird, ain't it? Just looking out the windows I don't see anything but a few dead limbs. Glad the trees weren't leafed out yet. Would have been bad. Still windy for a while, 25 to 40 they say, and even after the rain there's dust blowing. Visibility is maybe a mile. I'll wait before I take a walk around the place.

For every 3 sticks I throw in the creek the dog fetches 1. Never owned a retriever before but his instinct to retrieve is pretty cool.

Neighbors took some property damage and a big widow maker is hanging across the street.
Straight line winds pushed through and several bouts of hail

Took a look around the area and only saw one power pole snapped. If the trees would have been full of leaves we would have had a mess.

It sounded like a good blow last night, but we didn’t get much else. No damage or new downed trees that I could see on my walk this morning which is surprising with all the dead ash trees we have. It drizzled this morning for a few hours now it’s overcast and windy.
